Leftovers For Christmas

 

Having decided against making an entire fungal field, I used my extra meringue last night to make a Pavlova-esque dessert. It’s not as thick as most Pavlova’s I’ve seen. It makes a wonderfully light, fruity dessert that’s in stark contrast to the usual Christmas fare.  Merry Christmas, everyone!

  2. Thanks, peabody. The Husband really liked them too, but he loves almost anything with fruit.
