Rhuberry Goodness

The Blueberry Rhubarb Cobbler was so good last week that I made some Rhuberry syrup on Saturday to go with our pancakes. I’ve been using the leftovers with my yogurt in the mornings.


I mixed up essentially the same filling as for the cobbler. I just don’t measure when I’m making stuff like this so I can’t give an exact recipe. But don’t let that stop you from making some and eating it with your pancakes and waffles, ice cream, yogurt, angel food cake, or whatever you have at your house! 😉

  2. Thanks! When we picked out this camera I intentionally did not want to spend more than $200 for it, so I don’t have anywhere close to the best lens/camera but it generally works well. But check out the blogroll and visit Bron Marshall, Culinary Concoctions, Pinch My Salt, Rasa Malaysia, or Tartelette for some particularly stunning photos. Some of that can only be called food porn. Don’t visit while hungry, though! 😉
